Our mandate is to ensure access to healthcare services for all the people of Niger State
Niger State Contributory Health Scheme (NGSCHS) is a healthcare financing reform (Social Health Insurance Scheme) which operates on the principles of harmony, risk- sharing and pooling of resources for the provision of affordable, accessible and qualitative healthcare to Niger State workforce and residents alike.
To facilitate easy healthcare financing through pooling and judicious utilization of financial resources to provide financial risk protection and cost burden sharing for people against high cost of healthcare through prepayment programmes
To position Niger Contributory Health Agency as the leading institution driving attainment of Universal Health Coverage in Niger State and improving livelihood for the residents of the state
